On August 2, we again say we refuse to submit. In America we don't do kings! Hands off our governmental services! As one Wauseon protest sign said, "A TYRANT IS UNFIT TO RULE A FREE PEOPLE."

About the event
Let's stand up for democracy again. Our presence is powerful in Wauseon, not only to the rightwing who didn't know we existed, but also for us who didn't know there were so many of us in this area! The next protest in Wauseon will be Sat., August 2, at noon.
Protest works because it undermines the legitimacy of the powerful. Losing legitimacy is a potent threat to a wannabe dictator.
It looks like the jungle weather will break this week. Let's get out there together again.
